how can I become a doctor from a poor family

Hello Wahengbam,

There is no such thing that poor people can not become doctor. The only thing is that you will have to prepare for getting a government seat. You should give the NEET exam for doing your graduation through MBBS degree. For that you should secure atleast 600+ so that you get a seat in government college. The total fees for most of the government college for this 5 year course is around 10k per year. However there are colleges that have fees as low as 1000 per year. but as low as the cut-off goes, the more is the pressure on that seat and the more difficult it is to secure a seat in that college.

Try getting into AIIMS, the fees is extremely low, and the placement as well as the value of degree is huge. The return on investment is very high in AIIMS, but there is huge competition for this.
