The eligibility to become a Judge is Graduation in Law Degree or LLB as it can be done in two ways:- After 12th 5 years Integrated Law Degree and after Graduation 3 years Law Degree.

As in order to become a Judicial Magistrate, you have to first get a law degree, after which you are qualified to take the Judicial Service exam in your State. If you are selected through that exam, you stand a chance of becoming a Judicial Magistrate or a Civil Judge. Normally those selected for the Judicial Services have to serve both as Civil Judge and as Judicial Magistrates at different times in their career.

To become judge first u must have to go through a test named CLAT ...which is organized every year...I think u didn't appeared this year ..okay that's not a big problem...I will just suggest u join a coaching which will prepare u for this exam...there are many coaching classes u can afford any of them...prepare smartly and score more than 70 percent in CLAT and u will get admission in one of the 19 university of law colleges in India...
