Yeah, you may pursue Aerospace Engineering after 12th PCM if youre interested in the Avionics & Aerospace Industry. Top IITs like IIT B, K, KGP, Madras, IIEST Shibpur have Aerospace Courses, besides other Top Include RVCE, MSRIT and many others specifically in the Southern Half of India. Perhaps one of the best Institutes is IIST Trivandrum, you have excellent chances of landing a Job in ISRO after Btech.
However, you should always pursue Masters/MTech/ME/PhD after BTech, either from Higher Technical Institutes in India like Top IITs, IISc Bangalore, etc or maybe Top Universities abroad leading to a strong career in Industry, Research and Academia.
However, if youre still not sure, you may take a broader decision and pursue Mechanical Engineering for BTech. You may take up electives or projects in Aerospace and maybe pursue Masters in Aerospace or related branches.
