A candidate can cancel/surrender the seat allotted in first round or second round of KCET Counselling before December 25, 2021 up to 5 PM. There is no provision to cancel the seat allotted in KCET Second Extended Round. The candidate has to pay the prescribed fee by KEA, if not paid earlier and report at the allotted institute to complete the admission process. As per the information available on the official website if a candidate fails to report at the allotted institute after second extended round legal action will be taken against such candidate. So you cannot cancel the seat allotted in KCET Second Extended Round.
