Very sorry to inform you that you can't change the date of birth now. The date for correction of application form has been already over. Now only way to do this is to contact the NEET official.

NEET 2018 Application Form Correction facility has been started from 15th March 2018.Last date for form correction was 17th March 2018.According to me you missed the deadline. Still visit the site once for confirmation
