They give details in history of their past admissions.. 

Each year the completion rises so please remember to that the cut off each year is going to get high.

Delhi University releases cut off every year for the admission in different colleges of DU. The university follow the criteria of best four subjects marks. According to your best four percentage, you can select the college, whose cut off is being satisfied. You can check previous year's cut off of DU for reference.
