Dear Ashish, you can mail them at their email id: jipmermbbsentrance2019@gmail.com. Please mention subject as 'Grievance'. If it is an error in the applicayion form, just a headsup that JIPMER has no coorection window and if it is a big error, you might have to fill in a new application form. Neverthless, no harm in trying.
