Hello,
From your profile it seems you're a medical aspirant, you cannot take admission in any medical college in India without appearing for NEET, even if you go for management quota in private medical colleges, that also is not going to happen without appearing and qualifying NEET exam, NEET is absolutely compulsory to pursue a career in medicine, it's for admission to MBBS/BDS/Ayush Courses/BVSc and AH, in some states like Maharashtra BPT admission is through NEET, some institues like Jamia Hamadard accepts NEET scores for BPharm admission, earlier there used to be separate entrance test for AIIMS and JIPMER which no longer exist since last year, in order to appear for NEET you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria as follows-
Attained 17 years age as on 31st December of appearing year
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with chemistry, physics, biology/biotechnology and english as core subjects
PCB aggregate against one's respective category is to be attained such as
- UR: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC: 40%
- PwD: 45%
As of now there is no upper age limit, hence no restrictions in terms of appearing for NEET, if you're preparing for NEET or considering to appear then you may have a look at our NEET Knockout Package to help you regarding this, check out at https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
Hello,
You can't mention that which department you want to join. I get that you want to study in medical course but which department like MBBS or BDS or BAMS or BHMS. Because in every department admission you have to give NEET examination and qualified the examination otherwise no colleges will give you the admission. After giving and qualified the examination if you want to join as management quota student then you can choose the college which is obviously private and try to talk to the college authority via phone or physically. They will tell you the details about the fees.
All the best.
