Examination details according the course -

• B.Des

CAT(50%) + GAT(30%) + situation test(20%)

• B.Ftech

GAT(100%)

• M.Des

CAT(40%) + GAT(30%) + situation test(30%)

• M.Ftech

GAT(70%) + situation test(30%)

• M.Fm

GAT(70%) + situation test(30%)

So, you should first finalise which course you want to pursue , then prepare accordingly.

Improve your observation and visual skills, try to be creative and be imaginative type, create your original ideas.
Make reading habit of newspaper.
Most important improve your time management.
And every solution for competitive  exams are solving papers, so solve paper / previous as many as you can.

• NIFT is a national level entrance exam designed to test your visualization, drawing skills, writing and creative skills. There is a high competition in this exam as each year more than 2lakh students appear in the exam. So, to clear this exam you need to have a good strategy to make it happen.
