Hello Nitin, to fill admission form of Ambala Polytechnic College, go to this link: http://gpambala.ac.in/admission/admission-form/ (copy and paste it in your browser) and then click on "Online submission of details for taking admission in two/three year diploma course" tab and fill the form by entering the following details:

• Name of Candidate,
• Father's Name,
• Address,
• Mobile Number, and
• your desired course in which you want to take admission.
