Hello,
You can fill the JEE form without a surname if your official documents (Aadhaar, 10th certificate) do not include one.
- Enter your name exactly as it appears in your school records to avoid discrepancies.
- If the form requires a surname, use a dot (.) or NA if permitted.
- During counseling and admission , issues may arise if your name differs from documents.
- You may need an affidavit stating both names refer to the same person.
