Usually for any exam you will find your seat allotment or the alloted institution in your admit card of that specific exam. To reach out to the examination centre you can take help of google maps. Wish u have got your answer.
you will get your seat allotment no once your admit card released.There you will complete information such as center name ,city ,seat no etc.
Just download the admit card from jeemains.nic.in and go through it you will find everything on that card

The exam will be held at various designated centres in 258 cities in India and abroad. The pen and paper based JEE Main 2018 exam is scheduled to be held on April 8 while the online exam will be conducted on April 15 and 16. For the upcoming session, JEE Main exam will be held at a total of 258 centres. Among the total jee Main 2018 exam centres, 248 are located in different cities in Indiaand 10 foreign countries. Candidates will be allotted JEE Main exam centre as per their preference of cities opted while applying for JEE. Applicants have to select JEE Main exam cities in the decreasing order of preference at the time of filling up the application form. Candidates appearing in the offline mode have to select four cities whereas, for the Computer Based Test (CBT), candidates can opt for only one JEE Main exam centre. The name and complete address of the exam centre of JEE Main 2018 will be displayed on the admit card issued to the candidates.
After downloading jee mains admit card from jee mains website,you can view your examination centre and the seat allotment written on your admit card.You have to sit according to your jee mains roll number in the examination centre.Make sure that you have hard copy of jee mains admit card because it will be required at the exam centre.
