Be determined and confident,try hard,do lot of practices and you will go through.To get a Govt college you must score 550+.

If you want to score good marks in NEET exam. First, complete your syllabus thoroughly and revise as much as possible. Polish your strong areas and work on weak areas. Prepare according to the weightage.
Take regular Mock test- After completing any topic go for topic wise mock test and MCQs. you can also solve complete mock test twice or thrice a week to judge your performance and to know where you stand.
Solve previous year questions papers to know the exam pattern and important questions.
