Hi aspirant,

I am assuming that you are asking the question in respect to Neet UG. To be eligible for UP Neet 85 state reservation you need to fulfill any of the below mentioned criteria:

  • The candidate is a native of the state and their father is a Resident of the state of UP.

  • Candidates whose parent/s have lived in the state of UP for a minimum of 3 years or Candidates whose parent/s are working with the Govt. of India in the state

  • Candidates who have passed X and XII from the state of UP.

  • If the candidates have passed either X or XII from the state of UP, they would be required to furnish UP residence proof of their parent/s.

So in case you will feel any of these criteria you would become eligible for reservation.

Hope it helps!
