Now, according to your marks you have less chance in govt. dental college and can opt for private dental colleges or Deemed universities. But usually try for semi government colleges as fees are low there.

As you have not specified the type of college I will answer for both. See your chances of getting a BDS seat in any government college is very low due to your low score. The OBC category doesn't help much as the cut off gap between OBC and the unreserved is not that much. There might be few chances that your can get a seat in private dental college either through state quota Or All India Quota.
