So here is what you have to do. It releases it's application form on its official website.  Which is visvabharati.ac.in

You are required to fill all the necessary details in there. Also make sure you upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature as per specifications only. 

Then an option for payment would come. Do that and you are enrolled
