how can I get admission by changing my stream from science to commerce stream in st xavier college ranchi

Once you get admission in the College and your seat gets confirmed. You can change your stream only till the admission gets closed or till the College closes it's admission website. Mostly within 15 to 20 days you can change your stream and later you can't do it at any cost.
