how can i get admission for bachelor of occupational therapy
Hi
Eligibility for BOT varies from place to place but the Minimum Eligibility for Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT Degree) is as follows
-
Candidates need to have passed class 12 or its equivalent examination with physics , chemistry and biology.
-
There might be criteria of minimum age set by institutes but generally there is no minimum age required for admission in a BOT course.
-
According to the colleges restrictions on the minimum percentage of marks in class 12 ranges from 50 per cent to 60 per cent.
The process of admission in BOT course is the entrance examination conducted by the institute. There is as such no common entrance examination for this course , institutes have their own entrance exams so students have to apply to the desired institute and appear for the test. Also there are some institutes who take in students on the basis of 12th score only. Students have to check the official website of the concerned institute and check the admission process and minimum eligibility criteria for BOT course admission.
Few of the major entrance examinations for BOT admissions are listed below
NEET: National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test
IPU CET: Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test
BHU UET: Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Test
AIIPMR EE: All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Entrance Exam.
