You can be eligible for BPO if you have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (passed in maths, physics, chemistry and biology) or any other equivalent qualification.
Some of the very reputed universities and colleges conduct entrance examination for admission.
I advise you to contact the college you are interested in to know if they have any entrance examination for BPO.
