Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

Admission to MBBS course offered by CMC Vellore is made through NEET score and through NEET counselling, so after appearing for NEET you have to appear for NEET counselling conducted by the respective state counselling authority. Now, As we go through previous year's (2019) cut-off then it shows that in 2019 the lowest cut-off marks was 279 for CMC Vellore under state quota for General category and we saw an increase of around 25-30 marks in institutional cut-offs in 2020. So if you are targeting for NEET 2021 then your aim should not be less than 320 out of 720 marks .

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
