Admission to a program will be determined on the basis of an entrance test administered by the university at different evaluation centers. The entrance test must be taken by all candidates, including those from the reserved category.

With the exception of the M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs in Economics and Communication, the entrance test for the remaining programs will be of the objective type and may be delivered using OMR sheets.

Entrance tests for various academic courses will have separate papers.

Where applicable, the weightage of the written test and interview shall be 70% and 30%, respectively.
