Germany is a very good place to pursue your higher studies , if you want to complete your Bachelor's degree programme from there you need to secure a very good in 10+2 , there will be a test based on your English Proficiency that you have to pass at ease. But if you are planning for Master's degree programme you can apply for DAAD scholarship which is fully funded and to make yourself eligible apart from your academics, they give more weightage on your social works.
