How can I get admission in govt quota of private medical college in Karnataka(domicile of UP) My AIR is 16672 and OBC cat rank 6349?

Hi,
Government quota seats in private medical colleges is reserved only for the candidates with state domicile.
Since you do not hold the domicile of karnataka you cannot apply under government quota.
However you can try under management quota. Hereby you need to contact the college directly for further guidance into counselling
