Corporate Members of IEI (FIE / MIE / AMIE) in any discipline provided he/she has not completed section B examination of IEI or Graduate degree in Engineering in the same discipline earlier.Six years from the Registration of Section B Examination.

I am sorry the other person who answered your query did not get it properly I know you're not talking about iit and Sudhir talking about the Calcutta Institute that is a good Institute as well and it has good placement and infrastructure records. But for this also you do have to give your JEE Mains examination and when you clear it you will be given your seat by JOSSA on clearing the required rank as mentioned below.
