How can I get admission in NIT or IIIT ?

to get an admission in nit you should have atleast 75% in 12th board conducted by the perspective board exam and in jee mains paper you should get more than 200 marks so that you can be in a safe side without having any worries about your sear and if you have caste reservation then you have the chances of getting seat very easily and if you want an admission in iit then you should first qualify jee mains

For having seats in NITs and IIITs,you will have to qualify JEE MAINS with good score as NITs and IIITs consider JEE MAINS score for admission in bachelor of Techology degree.You need rank under 40k in general category for getting seat in NITs and IIITs.If you belong to any reserved category then even with rank more than 40k in general category you can get seat in NITS and IIITs.. For scoring rank under 40k you will have to score 120+ marks out of 300.

Aman, for being eligible for admission to NIT you should have qualified in JEE Mains , be atleast in top 2,50,000 ranks of JEE Mains and also scored a minimum aggregate of 75% in your 12th. For admission to IIITs, there are 3 ways. One is through JEE and another is through Olympiad/KVPY scores. But there is another process which is DASA and this is for foreign students.
