then you have to appear in CET of university you want to take admission in (like NATA)

School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) was established in the year 1941 and is located in New Delhi. SPA offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs under the architecture, planning and design departments.
The undergraduate degrees offered at School of Planning and Architecture are Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Planning with a total of 141 available seats. Master of Planning, Master of Architecture, Master of Building Engineering and Management, and Master of Landscape Architecture are the postgraduate courses offered at SPA. SPA provides facilities for students to take up research work leading to a Ph.D. degree under the various departments.
- Candidates who have completed their 10+2 studies with Mathematics as compulsory subject and 50% minimum marks in the 10+2 qualifying examinations are eligible for admission into the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses at SPA.
- Candidates who are applying for the B.Arch. and B.Plan. courses will be allotted seats based on their performance in the JEE Main.
- Admission in postgraduate courses will be granted to candidates who have completed their undergraduate education from a relevant field of study with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Selection to PG courses will be based on qualifying degree and subsequent testing rounds which will be conducted by SPA.
- Candidates applying to Ph.D. programs are required to have completed their Master’s degree in a relevant field of study with minimum 55% marks.
