To be able to secure a seat in USMS, New Delhi, your Rank should be within 500 even with an OBC Reservation. That roughly translates to more than 90 percentile. But with 41 percentile, your chances are quite dim. Unfortunately you may have to reappear for CAT in 2020 if you want a seat in USMS.
