Hi there,
Focusing on your study is difficult but not impossible..
You can delete all you social networking sites so that no one can contact you moreover give your phone to your parents so that your focus should be on study not other things. . there are many ways to avoid phones..
Set your target like if you study for 3 hours thn you can play vedioo game for 30 mins...
