Hey Pavan,
As you belong to Madhya Pradesh, but you need a Domicile certificate from Maharastra, then you must need to be bron in Maharastra or should stayed in maharasthra for atleast 15 years or else having a property named after you or parents completed Marticulation from Maharashtra And should not have other any current domicile.
