Hello,

To get into ISRO you have required qualifications for the recruitment but one must get more than 6.84 cgpa with first class to be eligible. So every year isro conducts the recruitment process and this year it ended on 15 January 2019. But don't worry you can apply next year but the age limit to apply in minimum 35 years. For more information regarding recruitment please check the below link.

Hope this answer will help you.

Every year exam conducted by isro shows electrical stream and no ece ... do I need to prepare for exam in electrical only or there is any way to get into isro through ece stream.. I qualify the eligibility criteria as I got 8.9 cgpa in b.tech and 76% in m.tech

Not necessary you have to choose electrical since electronics is close to EC branch, there will be an option to choose electronics too so you can choose that.

You can apply by going to their site.

Isro takes students from both Btech as well as mtech.

I think since you have higher qualifications it will be easier for you to get through.

The eligibility criteria are -

Must vompleco Btech /be from a recognised university with at least 65% marks

Indian

Age between 21 to 35

Best of luck

I qualify all the eligibility criteria but on isro site they take students from electrical branch but not from electrical..I have done my b.tech in electrical in 2010 and after that m.tech in ece and i am interested in ece only..and in isro site they did not show exam for ece but electrical..
