how can I get licence of medical store
In order to obtain a Pharmacy License, a person needs to be a qualified pharmacist with a degree of B. Pharm or M. Pharm.
Then you have to get land registration and then registration of medical store.
You also need to consider following things about the nature of your medical business:-
- Proprietorship Registration
- Partnership Registration
- One person Company Registration
- Private Limited Company
- Limited Liability Partnership

You must need qualifications proof of a minimum of one Pharmacist (either owner or an Employee) to obtain a Pharmacy License for your medical store. You’ll need a rental agreement or/and Ownership proof of premises with a minimum area of 10 square meters to start a medical shop or pharmacy or wholesale outlet. Then only you will get license of medical store with all necessary documents like Affidavit of registered pharmacist ,proof of ownership permission if rented ,identity proof ,the basis of possesion of the premises etc..
