If you are reffering to CET college user Id is usually given by the college itself to the students. It will be issued by the college after admitting to the college. They will give a user Id and password and once you login you can change the password of your choice.

if you are referring to CET exams then usually the User Id and password will be sent to your registered mobile number during exam registration.

Don't worry, you can re-generate your login details by following  steps:

• Click on the link available for candidate login
• Click 'Forget Password'
• Enter the asked details like username or ID, the application number, etc.
• Answer the secret question asked
• Submit
• Enter password in the, "Create password" option available and cnform it by re-entering the password
• Provide with the details asked.
• Click on submit
• Candidates will receive the newly generated or re-generated password via registered E-mail or phone number.

This can only be possible when you have your user id that you have given at the time of registration. If you have not remembered that id check your mails or SMS box you will have conformation mail or SMS in your inbox.
