how can I get my degree of B.Ed. . I completed my degree this institute in 1998.That time it was affiliated with Dr.Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University Faizabad.

I would suggest you to contact the institution from which you have completed the B.Ed. , they will guide you through the procedure of getting your degree. If they can't help you in any way , then you should contact the affiliating university in a formal email/application and I think that will resolve your problem.
