Actually one may  cannot find your KVPY roll number in self declaration form. If you forget your roll number in need not be wearing you can log in using your user id also in KVPY website to see also you can check your email or phone number because sometimes messages and notification comes from KVPY sides with the the respective roll number and user ID.
