Hello Aspirant,
You can contact your school and board regarding your issue and they will charge you a nominal fee for reissuing of duplicate certificates.May be they can ask you reason of why u wanted a duplicate certificate reason them with a significant approach and I am sure they will help you.You can mail your board regarding this to the secretary or director of board.Don't forget to mention all the required information regarding your certificate Like dob,passing year,name,school name, registration no,roll no,school code etc.
