kindly research more over it as every country has its ownschoplarships options.
now you can study in uk ,germany, singapore ,america ,australia,netherlands etc .
you can chose in between them as per your convenience . my personal favourite is germany as it is one of the best countries to study as well as the fees of most of the colleges is very less and some colleges are free as well
