how can I get scholarship for ubc and university of Toronto,etc for computer science

Every college has an application that you need to fill if you want scholarship and then they select you on the basis of their criteria, interview, you application and various factors .
If you application is really good , some universities might offer you a scholarship just like that too if they really want you to come and study there.
You can email the respective colleges also regarding your query as they are quite responsive on their email.
