There is no way you can get only material from T.I.M.E. institute by paying only for the material. You can either get it from someone who is a T.I.M.E. student and get Xerox or check on OLX and similar sites. People do sell their material.

Sometimes you can even get the pirated material in market if you search properly at the right shop. It would cost less than 1000 rupees. Try book stores which sell second hand books and competitive books.

Cheapest and best way is to get Xerox from some friend who is enrolled. You get recent material and it is the cheapest possible.
