How, can I get university of law and legal studies? I got alloted in jims. I didn't freeze my seat.

Dear the college you got is as per your rank so first I need to know your rank then only I can say that whether you can get college you are looking for or not and my advice is please freeze the seat so that at least you have a seat in your hand.
