Dear aspirant,
After you have completed your three years in engineering, then in your final year these companies will organize placement drives. Either your college will inform you about these drives, or you can check about them on the websites of these companies. Now, in the placement drive, they will have three rounds.
1. Online test ( Aptitude, Coding )
2. Technical Interview
3. HR Interview
Once you clear all the three rounds, you'll be able to get jobs in these companies.

There's no such procedure to follow for getting a job, and getting a job is MNCs is not that Easy.

You should be perfect in Each and every thing. Mostly in your interview section. That's really tough thing. Here are few things that a jobs recruiters search,
Keep getting information from these companies for any kind of interview.
If not dress up neatly and visit a company for an interview, remaining things you will get to know there itself.

if the interviews are not open,they will even help you out with the information when will the interviews start. Tilll then,.try to be perfect.

Suggestion= If you are not a graduate then try for jobs from 3rd year itself.
