i. gather all the materials or requirements with you like entire stationary, books, registers etc.
ii. take breaks after every 15-20mins but the break should not be longer than 5-7mins. according to psychology the brain looses its concentration after every 20-25 mins and thus studying after such time would not prove to be helpful to you.
iii. not only physics, but in general, you should start performing meditation for 5-10 mins every day which will increase your concentration power.
iv. maintain good silent environment while studying
v. start with solving important topics first as we tend to be more concentrated in the beginning than with passing time.
vi. when you feel like you are getting tired, that is the time when you should choose going for easier questions and topics.
vii.put the formulas near you i.e. on bulletin boards, walls etc so every time you pass from that room or that place and read those formulas , it will help you memorise those formulas better and for longer.
