Hello Hitesh, As per your query i would like to tell If you want to be a doctor in defense services, There are two way to join...

1)You can apply through AFMC right after 12 class.Through AFMC(Armed Forces Military College). You will have to give an entrance exam for AFMC and an interview followed by a medical exam . If you get selected for it then you can complete your MBBS(or any other medical stream) from AFMC and then you will be commissioned as an officer in AMC(Army Medical Corps)..

2)Or after doing MBBS from any college you can apply through Combined Medical Services Exam conducted by UPSC.

Hope it helps

Regards
