NIOS was set up to increase literacy and provide education to rural and urban areas. It also offers vocational courses after the high school. Despite being established for distance education, NIOS provides a formal and regular secondary and Senior Secondary program equivalent to CBSE. You should be eligible for Senior Secondary Program which is equivalent to class XII.
And before you start this journey, what you need to be oblivious is of the stares and questions that come your way. The public examinations are held twice a year in April–May and October–November on dates fixed by the NIOS. However, one is also eligible to appear through the On Demand Examinations at Secondary Level and Senior Secondary level in those subjects only in which candidates have taken admission in NIOS for subject wise learning. Results of the public examinations are announced usually six weeks after the last date of examinations. In your case, you will have to appear for Senior Secondary level. Am guessing the admissions for April intake are closed. So you will appear for October intake. By then NEET 2020 online applications would be released and you are on time with the required qualification. You attempt your exam and the rest, as you would probably say in couple of years from now is history!

I already have Physics Chemistry and English and my aggregate for PC is 75%+, Do I need to appear for 11th as well. How does this NIOS work? Dear Anshul, that's quite a detour that you have in mind. But if you are determined to become a Doctor, I think it's worth the long journey. Now NTA conducts NEET examination and has allowed NIOS students to appear for NEET. For you to write 12th through NIOS, the following are the eligibility criteria. You should have:

And you need to score a minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as your core subjects. Given your accademic qualification I doubt it would be difficult for you.
