Those Candidates who do not have domicile of West Bengal can only participate for Management Quota seats of Private Medical, Dental and Ayush Colleges of West Bengal. The mop up round is manual and Candidates have to register for the same. Candidates will be called in a phased manner as per the combined rank and seat available at that point in time. As you do not have domicile of West Bengal, you will not have any Category benefits. You need to register for West Bengal State Counselling to be eligible for its Mop Up Round. West Bengal doesn't allow fresh registration for mop up Round and so you should have technically registered in either Round 1 or Round 2. So if you have already registered but haven't been allotted any seat either in Round 1 or 2, dates will be announced for the Mop Up round and you have to make fresh choices. And you will be allotted a seat based on the merit and preferences.
