how can I prepare for complete class 11 and 12 math from scratch along with neet preparation in 2 months?

In Neet exam the main thing that you should keep in mind that ncert is bible.

If you through your ncerts books then you can expect above average percentage in Neet.

Secondly all things that are taught in class 11 and 12 are basic of MBBS that you are going to study further.

So start with ncerts books and then revising again and again with different types of questions. Purchase books that will not confuse you but improve your understanding.

The most important factor to prepare for any exam is good study material. Following the right NEET study material is critical to prepare for the examination.

Make your timetable and follow it diligently.

Practice each and every day and be consistent.

I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that first of all you need to be calm and relax for your mind to be work in proper order. Frankly speaking learning in 2 months and then cracking the entrance in 2 month study is next to impossible unless and until you dont have good knowledge of atleast some particular section like calculus,differential, coordinate. I advise you to pick one easy section which you do have good command in it and try to focus on it . My advise is to go through all unacademy videos of sandeep sir and solve their sheet and most important dont forget to solve previous questions which do have high chances of repeating
