You see i am not demoralising you but preparing for both jee and aiims at the same time is not that much easy because both are two different fields and it will he very difficult for you to manage both of then at same time as both are equally difficult too so focusing on one will be difficult.Now what you need to do is that if you feel you can do then it okay you should start from now and you have to the most important thing and thats time management amd if you can do that then you will defenetly be successful.
So, go ahead dont waste any time.

Go with the syllabus of both these examination and go through with the topics thoroughly. Set a target that how much topics you can able to complete in 1 month and try to solve enough no of numericals and previous year papers of topics which you are covering . The key Mantra for the preparation is Believe in Yourself.
