Study well your undergraduate syllabus subjects if you are studying biology course. Then be strong in the basic concepts in biology. These will be useful in most of the Biology oriented exams. Then you can prepare using life sciences books like path finder's books.

Attempt previous year question papers, solve more and more question. Consider relevant books for studying. Since the topics are of 12th level, you may considering refering class 12th and JEE/NEET books as well. Particularly for Biology, get a checklist of all topics. Try memorising as much as possible. Practising from previous year papers, will give you a rough idea about what are the more frequent topics and concepts.
