The break you get after 12th board exams, you can utilize that time to prepare for NDA exam. All you need to do is, be regular with your studies.
Start managing your time, make a timetable. See the syllabus carefully and divide your time accordingly. You must see previous year question papers or the sample papers which will give you an idea about the questions being asked.
It's important to understand everything properly. You must give extra time for your preparation. Take mock tests every week to see what you have learn.
