Hey Om,
The NDA, Government recruitment exam requires preparations in three prominent fields namely; Maths, English and General Aptitude (or general knowledge which also includes science related questions).
Maths : Maths can be prepared by studying thoroughly, any of your course books of classes XI and XII, like R.D. Sharma, M.L. Aggarwal, NCERT, etc. Many times the questions comes from these books exactly as it is.
English : Preparing English is always beneficial as this will help you in the long run in life and in NDA when it is time for SSB interview. For preparation, you can use any grammar book like Wren and Martin. You can read English Books and Newspapers and watch English News daily. Preparing for English can also be done by conversing in English whenever possible.
General Aptitude/ G.K. : A big amount of the general aptitude is covered when you prepare for English while reading newspapers. Most of the G Apt questions come from current affairs of the past 8 months prior to the exam. So preparing those is a good idea. Other questions include basic science questions from upto class 10th levels, so you can brush them up for this portion of the test.
In addition to the above, you should solve past year's papers and there are also available plenty books from Arihant and Pathfinder to prepare from.
All the best!
