Scoring in NDA exam is not that tough. The questions are basic concept based. Paper 1 is totally mathematics and Paper 2 contains Vocabulary and General Awareness.

For paper 1 you must be thorough with the mathematics of class 9 to 12. Questions are based on the basic concepts of these classes like basic calculus, complex numbers, vectors, matrix and determinants, circles, etc. All these are covered in mathematics textbook of these classes.

Regarding paper 2, reading english newspaper will help a lot. As it will enhance your english skills as well as keep you updated with the current affairs of national and international importance. Alongwith this, you can refer any book regarding english grammar and general trivia.
